Finally, it was found that the cause of leakage is not the valve itself, but due to the installation of the valve pipe contains a lot of impurities caused.
Bundor professional technical personnel put forward: because the soft seal butterfly valve in the factory before the product pressure test, there is no impurities in the pipeline, because the impurities will have an impact on the sealing performance of the valve, the test pressure of high-speed medium inclusion impurities will be more likely to scratch the sealing surface of the valve, resulting in leakage.
